GENERAL

1. Is my personal information safe on your webshop?

2. Which browser should I use to visit your site?
For best performance we recommend you to use the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Apple Safari.

4. How to use web shop?
Click on the shop to see the product. Choose the product you want to buy, the right size and quantity. Add to cart. When you are done with the shopping go to checkout. Enter the billing details and the discount coupon (if there is any) and proceed to Paypal. Log in your Paypal account to finish the transaction. If you don’t have Paypal, click on the Create an account button. You don’t have to create an account, this guides you to the option to pay with debit or credit card. Enter your information and click on the blue button – AGREE & PAY.

5. How to choose the right shirt size? 
Every product has a size chart below. Shirts have size charts, stickers and badges have dimensions. Check your correct size below the product and follow instructions to see which is the right size for you.

PAYMENT

1. What are my payment methods? 
We accept Paypal and other debit or credit cards. Payment is made through Paypal because it is safer and faster than other methods.

2. How can I pay if I don’t have Paypal account? 
When you choose products you want, click proceed to checkout. You can see all your orders here. Click proceed to Paypal. If you don’t have Paypal account, click on the gray button – CREATE AN ACCOUNT. You don’t have to create an account, this guides you to the option to pay with debit or credit card. Enter your information and click on the blue button – AGREE & PAY.

3. Is it safe to pay through these payment methods?
Yes, Paypal is one of the safest and fastest payment methods.

4. How can I use my coupon code for discount?
When you proceed to checkout om the top will be a light blue button which says: ”Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” Click here and enter your coupon. You will see a change in your order.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

1. Where is my order coming from? 
Your order is coming from Croatia, Europe.

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

3. What is the shipping price of my order?
Your correct shipping price is listed in checkout with your product order. The shipping price is calculated by the weight od the entire package.

4. How long does it take for my product to arrive?
We will ship your product in 2-5 days (usually 2 days). The shipping time is estimated 5-30 business days, depending on where you are from.

5. What if my order didn’t arrive in 30 business days? 
There is a tracking number with every product so you can see what is the status of your order. If you don’t get your order in 30 days please contact us on support@friendlyferret.com and we will find a solution with the post office. If it will last too long we will send your order again.

6. How will I know that my order is shipped? 
You will get an email when we ship your order with tracking number in it.

7. How, when and where to open our package? 
Please open the product at the post office in front of post office employee to make sure the package has arrived safely. If it is broken, show it to the employee and make a memo so we can have the money back for the broken product. We will send you the same order again free of charge. This is a situation we can’t control, so please have patience.

RETURNS

1. What if my order is damaged? 
If your order is damaged please send us a picture with the damage and make a memo with post office employee so we can have the money back for the broken product. We will send you the same order again free of charge. This is a situation we can’t control, so please have patience.

2.What if I got the wrong size or wrong product?
If you receive the wrong order, contact us and return in 7 days and we will send you the right product. You can send us the product with the description of the problem, so we will know your reason for return. We will pay the return shipping and send you the right product.

3. What if I ordered the wrong size of the product?
If you ordered the wrong size even though there is a size chart for every product you can return that product to us, but you have to pay the returning shipping. We will send you the right size when you tell us which one it is and you have to pay the shipping for the correct size of the product.

4. What if I want to return the product I don’t like?
If you want to return the product you don’t like, you should send the product back unopened and in original package. We will send you the money back minus the first shipping and the returning shipping price (if you don’t pay it while sending back). Our products have detailed descriptions and many pictures so people can see every product on the site how it looks in the reality.
For example, you have bought a product that costs $10 with shipping $5. For some unexplained reason, you decided to return the product. You need to send back the product in original package and pay the return shipping ($5 again). When the product arrives at us and we make sure that the product is in original condition we will return your money. The amount will be $10 – $5 (for the 1st shipping) since you’ve paid the return shipping yourself. We will refund you with $5. If you don’t pay the returning shipping, we will refund you $0.
